Easy to clean

Sears like a steakhouse
The Sear Zone with the two boost burners is the real deal. Steaks come out with a restaurant-quality crust and the rest of the grate stays at whatever temperature I set it to.
Third Weber and still impressed
Cast iron grates hold heat beautifully. Grill marks are dark and even, and cleanup is just a quick burn-off and a brush.
