30-day return window

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

Contact us at support with your order number and reason for return. We'll email you a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
